An experienced HR generalist to support end-to-end HR operations, ensure statutory compliance, and enhance employee experience across the organisation

Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including interview coordination, onboarding, orientation, and organisation chart updates.
Manage employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communications.
Administer performance evaluation processes using HRIQ, including employee setup and change requests.
Coordinate work pass and dependent pass applications, renewals, and cancellations through appointed agents.
Oversee employee insurance matters, including onboarding, offboarding, annual reviews, and renewals.
Arrange expatriate medical examinations and health screenings.
Handle statutory surveys and submissions with MOM, JCCI, SNEF, and other government authorities.
Provide administrative support for corporate secretarial duties.
Manage internship programmes from onboarding to completion.
Support ad-hoc HR projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
5–7 years of hands-on experience in HR generalist functions, including payroll administration.
Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills.
Familiarity with HR systems such as QuickHR and HRIQ; exposure to HR digitalisation or automation initiatives is an added advantage.
Good working knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and experience working in cross-cultural environments.
