Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and interview coordination.
Support onboarding by preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring timely completion of documentation.
Maintain and update accurate employee records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Provide HR administrative support, including filing, report preparation, and handling HR-related correspondence.
Assist with HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities, training coordination, and performance management processes.
Ensure consistent compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
Perform other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
Familiarity with Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices and relevant employment regulations.
Clear written and verbal communication skills for engaging stakeholders and candidates at various levels.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
