Job Summary: Drive sales growth across assigned territories by managing agent networks and building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory through effective management of agent networks and customer relationships.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide strategic recommendations.
Develop and implement market strategies, tactical plans, and annual sales forecasts for the assigned region.
Establish, manage, and optimize agent networks, including selection, contracting, and performance evaluation.
Negotiate commercial terms such as commissions, pricing, and discounts in consultation with the Sales Director.
Organize training sessions, seminars, and meetings to enhance agent capabilities and alignment with business goals.
Monitor agent performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Develop and execute annual sales activity plans with regular monthly and quarterly reviews.
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support and engineering, to prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Negotiate contract terms, including pricing, delivery, warranties, and payment arrangements.
Support marketing initiatives and participate in trade fairs and customer presentations.
Provide market insights to support product development and innovation.
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports by agent, product group, and market segment.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders on order processing, delivery updates, and payment follow-ups.
Participate in internal and external projects to support organizational objectives.
Requirements:
Minimum 4–5 years of sales experience in Biomass OR Renewable Energy industries.
Strong understanding of technical drawings, mechanical systems, and process interactions.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborate across regional and cross-functional teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with SAP Business One or similar ERP systems.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 30%–50%).
Proficiency in any additional language used in Europe or Asia is an advantage for liaising with clients and stakeholders who speak any of these languages.
Prior management experience is an added advantage.
