Requirements:
Proven experience in retail operations, with supervisory or team leadership exposure.
Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking customers and stakeholders.
Professional, customer-focused, and service-oriented attitude.
Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced retail environment.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Experience in F&B or retail operations is an added advantage.
