Background: Fine dining along with high volume, like Vegas during the week they do 125-200 for lunch and 350-400 covers for dinner. This venue does a lot of parties and buyouts. Looking for Michelin background or similar, service standards are high. Eye for detail. Grooming to be a service director.
Location: Happy to relo depending on location
Schedule: Four service shifts and one admin day. 2 days off. Very adaptable and flexible.
Interview process: 1st will be with GM, and then 2nd would be either zoom or in person with exec chef, final interview will be a stage.
Takes staff to farms so they know where the food is coming from. Local foods only.
