A boutique hospitality group is looking for a Restaurant Director to lead and develop their F&B operations.
 
Requirements: 

• 5+ years of progressive restaurant or food and beverage management experience, preferably in an upscale, luxury, or boutique hospitality environment.
• Demonstrated success leading high-performing front-of-house teams and managing day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, labor management, inventory controls, and profitability.
• A genuine passion for hospitality, guest engagement, and team development.

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service, consistent execution, and adherence to established standards.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage front-of-house staff and management teams, fostering a positive, accountable, and service-focused culture.
• Maintain exceptional hospitality standards, build guest relationships, address concerns professionally, and ensure a consistently high-quality dining experience.
