Salary: $100K-$102.5K base + performance bonus up to $5,000 annually + private event incentives.

Luxury Cocktail Lounge seeks a General Manager to lead operations, elevate guest experience, develop teams, and drive financial performance.
 
Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in upscale cocktail bars, lounges, or fine dining restaurants.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, labor costs, inventory, and financial controls.
• Hands-on leader experienced in FOH and BOH operations, staff development, and high-end hospitality standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily FOH and BOH operations, maintaining exceptional service standards, guest satisfaction, and operational consistency.
• Manage financial performance, budgets, labor costs, inventory, vendor relationships, and purchasing.
• Lead hiring, scheduling, payroll, training, performance management, and ongoing team development.
• Partner with ownership and department leaders on reporting, menu execution, private events, operational improvements, and regulatory compliance.
