Upscale Italian-inspired neighborhood restaurant seeks an Executive Chef to lead BOH operations, seasonal menus, cost controls, and team development.
 
Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of Executive Chef experience in upscale, full-service restaurants.
• Proven experience with high-volume, scratch cooking and Italian cuisine.
• Strong culinary leadership, financial management, food and labor cost controls, and team development.
• Culinary degree preferred; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Relocation candidates encouraged to apply.

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistent food quality, presentation, and execution.
• Lead seasonal menu development, scratch cooking, and culinary innovation while maintaining cost efficiency.
