The Hotel General Manager leads all operations for a lifestyle hotel in Indianapolis, bringing strategic leadership and a passion for creating vibrant, design-forward guest experiences to a dynamic, community-focused hospitality environment. This role is responsible for overseeing all hotel departments, driving revenue and profitability, and cultivating a distinctive brand culture that resonates with both guests and the local Indianapolis community.
 
Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or senior hotel leader within a lifestyle, boutique, or upscale full-service hotel environment, with a comprehensive understanding of all hotel operations and brand-driven guest experience
• Strong financial acumen with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth, managing budgets, and optimizing overall hotel performance, including rooms, food and beverage, and events
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team while fostering a culture of hospitality, creativity, accountability, and operational excellence

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations across all departments, ensuring consistent quality, exceptional guest satisfaction, and alignment with the lifestyle brand's standards and distinctive guest experience
• Drive financial performance through strategic planning, revenue optimization, cost control, and proactive management of all operational and departmental functions across the property
• Recruit, mentor, and develop hotel leadership teams while fostering a culture of hospitality, innovation, and continuous improvement in a vibrant Indianapolis lifestyle hotel environment
