A large full service hotel is looking for an Executive Chef to lead and oversee their F&B operations in Herndon, VA! 
 
Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of previous Executive Chef or Senior leadership culinary management experience.
• Bi Lingual highly preferred: English and Spanish 
• Previous hotel experience highly preferred. 
• Experience with inventory management, ordering, menu planning, food costing, and budget control.  

Requirements: 

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food service, production, shift management, and team supervision. Coach, train, and develop staff while ensuring seamless coordination with hospitality teams.
• Develop menus, oversee cooking and food preparation, and manage food production for restaurant, catering, and banquet operations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling standards while maintaining consistent food quality.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls while monitoring food costs, tracking supplies, and minimizing waste.
• Coordinate kitchen workflows, scheduling, and staffing to ensure efficient operations and timely, high-quality service.
