Seeking a Banquet & Catering Sales manager for an historic boutique hotel. 
 
Qualifications

• Direct lifestyle hotel banquet and catering experience, ideally 3+ years in independent, boutique or luxury hotels
• Proven prospecting and selling experience (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of Delphi, Opera and the Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Prospect, sell and detail standalone catering and meeting events to build new revenue
• Handle group banquet programs from Sales: contact clients, plan menus, setup and AV, and detail BEOs through final client sign-off
• Hand off events to the Conference Services Manager with a documented turnover, and review final reconciled checks after the event
