The Director of Finance leads all financial and accounting operations for a casino in Livingston, bringing strategic financial leadership and deep expertise in gaming finance to a dynamic, fast-paced casino environment. This role is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls while driving fiscal accountability and supporting the overall financial performance of the property.
 
Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Director of Finance or senior financial leader within a casino, gaming, or similar large-scale hospitality environment, with a comprehensive understanding of casino accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Strong financial and analytical acumen with a demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and internal controls while providing strategic insights that drive profitability and operational efficiency
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing finance and accounting team while maintaining the highest standards of fiscal integrity and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial and accounting operations for the casino, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strict adherence to internal controls, and full compliance with regulatory and gaming authority requirements
• Drive financial performance through strategic planning, budget development, forecasting, and proactive identification of opportunities to optimize revenue and control costs across all property departments
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team while fostering a culture of fiscal accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement in a highly regulated gaming environment
