About The Role  
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Graduate Accountant will support the finance team across core accounting, reporting, audit, and taxation activities. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build strong technical accounting skills, gain exposure to commercial finance, and develop professionally in a collaborative and values-led environment.
You’ll work closely with experienced finance professionals, contribute to key financial processes, and support the ongoing financial health of the organisation.

 
Role & Responsibilities  

• Assist with monthly management accounts and variance analysis  
• Support month-end balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist in reviewing and improving financial processes and procedures
• Support corporate tax compliance (GST, FBT, Income Tax)
• Assist with the annual audit process

Skills & Experience  

• Recently completed a tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance or a related discipline
• Strong attention to detail with a genuine interest in accounting and finance
• Basic Excel skills and confidence working with data
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
