About the role:
Arrotex Pharmaceuticals is looking for a Commercial Operations Senior Analyst to drive data‑led decision making, optimise commercial performance, and lead CRM and reporting innovation across our commercial teams
Role & Responsibilities:
- Delivering reporting / dashboards / presentations in MS Excel / MS Dynamics / Power BI for the benefit of the commercial teams for internal strategy alignment, performance management, and customer facing & interactive KPIs.
- Implement and determine the right set of KPIs across the different teams and functions to optimise commercial productivity, foster a performance management culture and drive accountability to grow the organisation.
- Spearhead the CRM pipeline of requirements, enhancements & transformation changes that will step change our sales force effectiveness and automate admin processes undertaken by the sales team.
- Explore options to modernise the stack and technology plugins that may complement and streamline our environment and set of hardware utilised by the sales team.
- Training of best practises to new team members in the commercial functions, as well as coaching and alignment cross functionally on master data best practises and suitable CRM system integration.
- Identification of opportunities and development of the relevant plans, insights, road map and project management requirements to bring those opportunities to fruition and deliver tangible benefit for the organisation.
- Explore the adoption of new systems requirements and determine road map for implementation and operationalisation.
Skills & Experience: - Advanced CRM literacy
- Understanding on digital marketing modules and best practises
- P&L literacy and commercial finance acumen
- Exceptional statistics and mathematical ability to thrive on complex and extensive KPI combined usage
- Advanced Power BI ecosystem
- Advanced Excel proficiency Desirable
- ERP literacy
- Agile framework and advanced project management
- 2 years managing modern CRM systems
- 2 years in structured databases management
- 2 years in SQL programming Desirable
- 2 years in pharmaceutical industry
- Advanced DAX programming
