About The Role
The Senior Health Strategist at Sinapse Health is responsible for managing the delivery of External consulting, advisory, and analytical projects that support operational improvement, commercial decision-making, and strategic planning across the organisation.
Reporting to the General Manager, Sinapse Health, this role oversees project execution, ensures high-quality insights, and drives measurable outcomes for internal stakeholders. The position leads small consulting teams, coordinates cross-functional contributors, and ensures project recommendations are practical, evidence-based, and aligned with organisational priorities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and deliver evidence-based projects, including diagnostics, analysis, and recommendations that drive business outcomes.
- Oversee multiple projects with clear planning, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and timely delivery.
- Build trusted relationships, facilitate workshops, and translate complex insights into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance operational, financial, and service performance.
- Standardise methodologies and tools - Develop and apply frameworks, templates, and processes to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
- Maintain adherence to policies and safety standards while actively building capability and industry knowledge.
Skills & Experience - Experience in diagnostics, financial analysis, and developing strategic, evidence-based recommendations.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into clear, actionable outcomes.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and simplify complex concepts.
- Understanding of healthcare operating models, financial drivers, and service delivery frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, mitigate risks, and drive stakeholder alignment.
- Background in consulting, healthcare or related sectors, with experience delivering impact in fast-paced, complex environments and supporting team development.
