About The Role
The General Manager, Sinapse Health, is responsible for leading the strategic, operational, and commercial performance of the Sinapse Health business unit. This role oversees the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of consulting, analytics, and strategic advisory services that support healthcare organisations across Australia.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute short- and long-term strategy aligned to organisational objectives, incorporating market trends, client needs, and healthcare system changes while driving innovation.
- Ensure high-quality, evidence-based consulting outputs, including portfolio prioritisation, strategic recommendations, and scalable methodologies that deliver client and commercial outcomes.
- Lead project and internal operations with a focus on resource optimisation, performance metrics, risk management, and consistent delivery outcomes.
- Build and maintain senior external partnerships, position the organisation as a trusted advisor, and convert client needs into growth opportunities.
- Develop high-performing, multidisciplinary teams through coaching, recruitment, and capability building, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Maintain adherence to organisational policies, workplace health and safety standards, and continuous professional development to remain current with industry and business requirements.
Skills & Experience - Extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering strategic, analytical, and operational outcomes within healthcare or related environments.
- Ability to interpret complex data, generate insights, and translate findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Strong capability in strategic planning, shaping service offerings, evaluating opportunities, and driving organisational priorities and growth.
- Proven ability to build and manage senior relationships across healthcare providers, partners, and executives, influencing decision-making and fostering long-term collaborations.
- Demonstrated success managing complex projects end-to-end, balancing multiple priorities, ensuring financial oversight, resource optimisation, and measurable impact.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, combined with high-level communication skills and a track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams.
