About The Role
The Business Analyst, Sinapse Health supports the delivery of analytical, advisory, and improvement initiatives that enable evidence‐based decision making across the organisation. This role contributes to diagnostic assessments, financial and operational analysis, modelling, and the preparation of ‑high-quality reports and insights.
Working closely with consultants, project leads, and ‑cross functional stakeholders, the Business Analyst helps identify improvement opportunities, streamline processes, and strengthen ‑data driven‑ planning
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, build financial models and dashboards, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to planning, execution, and documentation across multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and visualisations that clearly communicate complex insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather inputs, validate findings, and support workshops and discussions.
- Manage and develop analytical talent through coaching, performance management, and knowledge sharing.
- Adhere to policies and safety standards while actively building industry, technical, and organisational knowledge.
Skills & Experience - Proven ability in data analysis, modelling, and problem-solving to generate actionable insights.
- Ability to interpret complex financial, operational, and business data to support decision-making.
- Strong written and verbal capability, with experience in presenting insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Background in analytics, consulting, finance, or business improvement; healthcare or pharmaceutical experience preferred.
- Experience working cross-functionally, managing multiple priorities, and supporting outcomes in fast-paced environments.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, with willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
