About The Role:
Arrotex is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of strategic product partnerships, representing third-party pharmaceutical products and programs. In this role, you will manage partnership performance, collaborate with internal teams, external partners, prescribers, pharmacists, and industry KOLs, and drive integration of new products into the portfolio while ensuring budgeted revenue targets are achieved.
You will work closely with senior management to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, implement partnerships, co-lead brand and portfolio planning, and provide leadership across sales and marketing teams to foster a culture of excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to shape and grow strategic partnerships in a dynamic healthcare business.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead the identification, development, and management of strategic partnerships, including stakeholder engagement with KOLs, C-suite executives, and external partners to drive portfolio growth.
- Manage the pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare portfolio, including brand plans, marketing program execution, P&L, forecasting, and financial performance.
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting on partnership and brand performance, translating insights from market trends, customer data, and competitor activity into actionable strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams across sales, marketing, and management to integrate new products, execute go-to-market plans, and optimise partnership opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports, conducting performance reviews and setting professional growth objectives.
- Ensure all activities adhere to legal, ethical, and workplace health and safety standards, while maintaining knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and therapeutic areas.
Skills & Experience: - Strong understanding of the prescription medicines landscape, PBS, pharmacy, biologic medications, and prescriber engagement (specialist and GP).
- \Experience in end-to-end product/brand management, new product development, brand architecture/equity development, and marketing within pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
- Proficient in P&L management, forecasting, demand planning, project management, and navigating shifting priorities.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior and C-suite stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and sales channels to drive portfolio performance.
- Experience with ATL/BTL campaigns, creative development, media planning, research briefs, and managing small to large budgets under tight timelines.
- Tertiary qualifications in Pharmacology, Science, or Marketing Communications is highly regarded. Strong familiarity with regulatory frameworks (MA and TGA Advertising Code).
