About The Role:
Join DBG's Operations PMO and play a key role in delivering high-impact business and technical projects, from new product launches and supply changes to brand transitions, product discontinuations, partnership set-ups, and more.
As a Project Specialist, you'll manage your own portfolio of projects, act as the primary lead for one of our newest ventures, Arrovet, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely delivery of business outcomes.
You'll also help enhance our project management tools, processes, and systems to strengthen how projects are delivered across the organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead projects end to end from scoping, planning, and implementing business and technical projects, ensuring timely delivery, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Maintain project schedules, risk registers, communication plans, and document outcomes of project meetings.
- Take the lead on key initiatives, including new ventures such as Arrovet, and provide progress updates to senior management.
- Support the enhancement and rollout of tools, processes, templates, and methodologies to improve organisational project delivery.
- Engage proactively with stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and support cross-departmental initiatives.
Skills & Experience: - Minimum 2 years' experience as a Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, or SME, with proven ability to manage project scope, deliverables, risks, and timelines.
- Experience in the veterinary sector preferred, or alternatively in pharmaceutical, FMCG, or related industries, with an understanding of supply or commercial operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships, gather requirements, and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to identify, assess, communicate, and manage risks, and provide solutions to complex business challenges.
- Proven ability to prioritise competing demands, manage multiple projects, and ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, formal project management training (CAPM or equivalent desirable), and familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
