As a solo contributor, you will be responsible for maintaining existing key customers in Philippines and develop other customers in APAC region.

Responsibilities
Expand relationships with key anchor customers while securing new business opportunities
Gather and record customer insights and market intelligence within the CRM system
Achieve regional order intake objectives, maintain sales pipeline targets, and drive new business development initiatives
Manage the RFP process and collaborate with Business Units to develop competitive proposals and solutions, while supporting contract negotiations
Review data and support management in forecasting business outlook and identifying potential growth opportunities
Work closely with Business Units to ensure customer requirements are properly addressed
Represent the Company at trade shows, industry associations, and meetings to promote products and programs
Participate in regular meetings with Group Commercial and contribute market intelligence updates
Ensure adherence to company's Commercial procedures and Company policies
Independently plan and carry out customer visits within the approved travel budget, while ensuring high-quality briefing materials, trip reports, and clearly defined follow-up actions are shared with management and relevant entities
Support company's initiatives
Assist in discussions with customers regarding price increases and escalations
Establish and maintain customer stakeholder management records in the CRM system through regular updates
Develop, review, and implement regional strategies as well as strategies for customers, while aligning with internal stakeholders
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
At least 8 years of proven sales experience within the Aviation and/or MRO industry
Demonstrated background in commercial sales activities related to Aerospace / MRO products and services
Practical knowledge of contracts, pricing, and proposal management for Aircraft, Engine, and Component MRO products and services
Existing customer network within the Aviation / MRO industry is an advantage
Proficient in preparing project documentation and presentations using MS Office applications
