Job Summary:
Support and enhance corporate brand, communications, and stakeholder engagement through integrated digital, media, and corporate initiatives.


Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure corporate websites and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) are updated with accurate and relevant content.
• Consolidate market updates from Business, Country, and Marketing Heads into a centralised database.
• Review Business Unit and SKU marketing materials to ensure alignment with corporate identity and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with PR/IR agencies to draft non-financial press releases for SGX announcements.
• Manage and respond to corporate email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop, coordinate, and manage Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives across the Group.
• Build and maintain relationships with key media networks, including major local and international publications and broadcasters.
• Update corporate presentation decks and materials and deliver presentations to corporate visitors.
• Prepare, coordinate, and publish the Group’s Annual Report and Sustainability Report.
• Support corporate activities and initiatives to strengthen and reinforce the Group’s corporate identity.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in corporate communications, marketing, or related fields.
• Strong language proficiency with excellent interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively with both senior leadership and colleagues.
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and detail-focused professional with strong organisational skills.
