Allura Partners are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a PE backed Technology/Cyber business on a search for a Senior Finance Manager. You'll work closely with the CFO and senior leadership team, taking ownership of financial operations, reporting and commercial partnering across the business.

About the role:

• Lead and review the monthly close across all group entities.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Review and approve journals for accruals, prepayments, capitalised costs, one-off adjustments and project clear-downs.
• Review monthly P&L and balance sheet results, identifying key movements and non-recurring items.
• Oversee aged debtor reviews, provisioning and write-offs.
• Oversee revenue recognition accounting (IFRS 15) for recurring and non-recurring revenue.
• Review monthly accounting for external debt, intercompany loans and deferred consideration
• Oversee tracking of debt drawdowns, repayments and sources and uses of funds.
• Own the group’s weekly cash flow forecasting process by entity and consolidated.
• Ensure daily actual cash movements are reflected in forward forecasts.
• Maintain clear separation between operating and capital cash flows.
• Provide short-term and medium-term liquidity visibility to senior management.
• Review intercompany balances and eliminations across AP and AR.
• Ensure corporate overhead and shared service costs are recharged in accordance with approved methodologies.
• Resolve intercompany variances and unusual balances.

About you:

• CA/CPA qualified
• Prior experience in a PE-backed, high-growth or investor-backed environment is highly regarded
• Exposure to the technology sector (SaaS, subscription-based or platform businesses) is strongly preferred
• Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firm background is advantageous
• Strong technical accounting knowledge under IFRS or local GAAP
• Commercially minded with the ability to translate numbers into strategic insights
• Hands-on and adaptable, equally comfortable operating at a strategic level and diving into the detail
