About the Role
Reporting to the Enterprise Portfolio Manager, this Senior Business Analyst role sits within the EPMO and operates across the businesses Strategic Project Portfolio. You'll partner with Executives and Senior Leaders to solve complex business problems, govern high-priority initiatives, and ensure the right information drives the right decisions.

Duties / Key Responsibilities - Own and lead assigned initiatives end-to-end, from scoping through to benefit realisation
- Produce high-quality business cases, options papers, gap analyses, and scoping studies that enable material decisions
- Support portfolio governance and reporting, providing enterprise-wide visibility over progress, risks, and financial performance
- Engage and advise Senior Leaders and Executives as a trusted partner in decision analysis and portfolio governance
- Contribute to building and embedding the Business Analysis and Enterprise Portfolio Management frameworks, tools, and practices
Skills and Experience - 5–7 years' experience in a business analysis or consulting role, ideally with exposure to financial services
- Background in a Big 4 or Tier 2 consulting environment (EY, KPMG, Deloitte, PwC, Accenture, or equivalent)
- Experience working within or alongside an EPMO or PMO, including portfolio governance, prioritisation, and executive reporting
- Proven ability to produce executive-level artefacts that enable decisions, not just document requirements
- M&A, transformation, or merger integration experience, ideally in a strategy-shaping capacity
- Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable influencing at Executive level without direct authority
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline; an MBA is highly regarded
