About the Role
Reporting to senior leadership, this Manufacturing Manager will take full ownership of the manufacturing operation — from fabrication and assembly through to procurement and inventory. This is a genuine transformation role with real authority, real accountability, and scope to build best-practice systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities - Oversee end-to-end production operations including fabrication, assembly, and quality control
- Manage procurement, supplier relationships, purchasing, and inventory management
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies across the manufacturing floor
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing production team
- Establish production processes, KPIs, and reporting disciplines to support business scaling
Skills and Experience - Proven experience in a production or manufacturing management role within a structured production line environment
- Background in automotive, trailers, heavy equipment, or similar fabrication-based industries highly regarded
- Demonstrated track record of driving operational improvement and implementing change on the floor
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to build and develop teams
- Strong procurement and supply chain fundamentals
- Comfortable building structure in an environment where systems and disciplines are still maturing
- Practical, decisive, and outcome-focused
