About the role
The Digital Marketing & E-commerce Manager holds full ownership of the business’s digital ecosystem. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with broad remit, covering 5 websites, digital marketing investment strategy, database growth, CRM, loyalty, and lifecycle marketing. You will be the key internal driver of digital revenue performance, working cross-functionally with Sales, Brand and Customer Service teams, as well as managing a digital marketing agency. There are no direct reports currently, giving you the autonomy to shape the role.

Duties/Key responsibilities
- Lead the commercial and technical optimisation of the Skincare marketplace, driving traffic, conversion, AOV, and repeat purchase across all digital properties.
- Own the digital marketing investment strategy across paid social, search, programmatic, and affiliate channels, with full accountability for ROI, attribution, and spend optimisation.
- Manage the digital promotional calendar, including channel-specific levers such as Afterpay Day and online exclusives, ensuring alignment with brand and clinic strategies.
- Drive CRM, lifecycle, and loyalty program performance, including database growth, automated journey development, and segmentation strategy.
- Own all digital KPIs including conversion rate, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and repeat purchase rate, and lead Shopify platform management and UX optimisation.
Skills and experience
- Proven e-commerce experience with hands-on Shopify platform management and a track record of driving digital revenue growth.
- Strong digital marketing capability across paid social, paid search, SEO, and performance channels, with solid ROI and attribution experience.
- CRM and lifecycle marketing experience, ideally with Klaviyo or a comparable platform, including segmentation, automated journeys, and loyalty program management.
- Comfortable managing promotional calendars and creative development for digital channels, with an eye for brand-aligned, performance-driven assets.
- Strong commercial acumen and cross-functional collaboration skills; experience working across brand, sales, clinics, and customer service teams is an advantage, as is exposure to the beauty, fashion, or retail sectors.
