About the Role
Reporting into senior leadership, this Senior Project Manager will sit at the heart of a complex business separation program. You will own end-to-end delivery across both the technical and commercial workstreams, working closely with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to drive the transition from a larger corporate structure to a standalone operating entity.

Duties / Key Responsibilities - Establish and lead overall program governance, including reporting frameworks, risk management, and delivery controls across technical and business workstreams
- Develop and execute detailed project plans covering systems, data, and operational separation activities
- Manage program financials, track spend against budget, and coordinate any external funding or vendor arrangements
- Drive cross-functional alignment across IT, finance, legal, HR, and operations to deliver separation milestones on time
- Provide leadership and day-to-day coordination of the project team, including third-party suppliers and internal subject matter experts
- Contract renegotiation & vendor management
Skills and Experience - Demonstrated experience delivering a large-scale business separation, carve-out, or integration is essential
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional transformation programs from initiation through to completion
- Strong understanding of both the technical (systems, data, infrastructure) and commercial (finance, operations, legal) dimensions of a business separation
- Experience developing and embedding project governance and reporting frameworks in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across all levels including executive leadership
- Commercially astute with strong financial acumen and experience managing program budgets
- Highly organised, self-directed, and able to manage competing priorities under pressure
