About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Group Marketing Manager owns Allura Partners' brand identity, market presence, and marketing strategy across both our offices. Working closely with the executive team and recruitment divisions, this is a sole-marketer role with broad scope and genuine strategic influence at the leadership level.

Duties / Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute an integrated marketing strategy across content, digital, SEO, paid media, email, and events to drive brand visibility and business growth
• Own marketing's contribution to revenue, building a function that generates leads, supports business development, and demonstrates measurable commercial impact
• Drive Allura Partners' thought leadership and PR program, including media relationships, LinkedIn content, executive commentary, and industry publications
• Define and protect a unified brand voice across all internal and external communications, supporting consultants with tools, collateral, and strategic marketing enablement
• Lead marketing performance reporting, budget management, and ROI tracking, providing actionable insights to inform senior decision-making

Skills and Experience

• Proven B2B marketing experience gained within a consultancy, professional services firm, or high-growth scale-up environment
• Demonstrated experience marketing to C-Suite and senior executive audiences, with a strong grasp of what resonates at that level
• Strong brand strategy capability, including positioning, market differentiation, and building brand presence in competitive markets
• Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives across multiple channels in a sole-marketer or lean-team environment
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability, comfortable balancing high-level planning with daily tactical delivery
• Data-driven approach to performance, with experience using analytics to demonstrate ROI and drive continuous improvement
• Experience managing marketing budgets, including allocation, cost control, and spend reporting
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align across leadership, consultants, and external partners
• Comfortable with emerging technology and AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and content quality
