About the Company
Our client is an established financial services business undergoing significant transformation. With a national footprint and a growing network of advice practices, they are investing in the people and technology needed to scale their model office and lift standards across the business.
About the Role
These are three contract roles sitting within the same transformation program, each focused on a distinct part of the model office build-out. The positions span transition management, field-based implementation, and training delivery — working closely with advice practices, internal stakeholders, and a third-party technology provider to drive adoption and embed change across the network.

Duties / Key Responsibilities
The following three roles are available:
1. Transition Lead — Brisbane preferred, Sydney considered - Manage end-to-end onboarding of advice practices transitioning onto the new advice platform
- Serve as the primary liaison between incoming practices, the internal team and system provider
- Coordinate transition activities across workstreams, resolving issues and maintaining momentum
- Maintain clear milestone documentation and reporting throughout each transition
2. Implementation and Improvement Manager — NSW with travel - Conduct regular in-firm visits to drive platform adoption across advice practices
- Deliver training sessions at ground level, including at short notice, to practice staff
- Identify adoption gaps and work with practices to embed sustainable process improvements
- Feed training needs and field insights back to the central program team
3. Training Manager — Sydney-based, occasional travel - Develop and maintain training content, guides, and monthly communications for practices
- Facilitate live training sessions and manage an offshore team contributing to role-based content
- Source training needs from Level 1 support and Implementation Managers in the field
- Partner closely with the advisory tech team to keep content aligned with platform changes
Skills and Experience All roles require:
- Advice technology experience is a must
- A background in the financial advice industry — either working on a system rollout or experience in financial advice - this is essential across all three positions
- Deep understanding of advice process; generic change or training experience alone will not be considered
- Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at practice level
- Strong communication skills and comfort operating in a fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environment
Role-specific requirements:
- Transition Lead: experience managing technology transitions or platform onboarding; advice technology and/or Salesforce experience highly regarded
- Implementation Manager: comfortable running training sessions at short notice; experience in practice development, implementation, or similar field-based roles; willingness to travel approximately two weeks per month across regional NSW
- Training Manager: experience designing and delivering training programs; ability to manage offshore contributors and coordinate content across multiple channels
