About the Role
You'll step into a senior individual contributor role sitting within a lean, high-performing data team. Working alongside a Data Analyst, ML Engineer, and AI Automation Manager, you'll take full ownership of the data platform that underpins reporting, analytics, AI model pipelines, and live automation workflows, reporting directly to the Head of Data.

Duties / Key Responsibilities - Own the data platform roadmap: architecture, cost, and governance
- Build and maintain transformation pipelines across core domains,
- Keep AI/ML teams supplied with clean, timely, observable data
- Own customer-facing reporting and internal analytics; contribute to a natural-language intelligence product in development
- Lead platform uplift: real-time pipelines, BI consolidation
Skills and Experience - 5+ years in data engineering or analytics engineering
- End-to-end ownership of a warehouse or lakehouse environment
- Snowflake
- Strong dbt: modelling, testing, documentation, CI/CD
- Proficient SQL and Python
- AWS:
- Data governance fundamentals: cataloguing, masking, encryption, audit logging
