About the Role
This is a true Product Manager role. You'll own a product area end to end, working closely with Engineers and Designers, engaging directly with customers, and contributing to roadmap and strategy across a high-velocity, remote-first team.

Duties / Key Responsibilities - Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning ruthlessly with company goals and customer needs
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative customer discovery to surface opportunities and inform prioritisation decisions
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design to run experiments, build prototypes, and ship iterative, high-impact product releases
- Measure and articulate product bets, tracking value delivery for customers and commercial viability for the business
- Partner with Go-to-Market teams to ensure product releases are easy to market, sell, and support
Skills and Experience - 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager at a SaaS company (B2B or B2C)
- Proven track record of direct customer engagement, with the ability to translate findings into clear product decisions
- Experience contributing to growth at a startup or scaleup environment
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to align stakeholders and communicate product direction clearly
- Comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on execution
- AI-native, fluent in integrating AI tooling across the full product workflow, not just occasional use
- Results-oriented with a bias for action and a high sense of personal accountability
- Must be based in Australia with full working rights
