PAY RATE: £32,000 - £35,000 Annual Salary

JOB SUMMARY
Registered Manager to join a new Residential Children’s Home in Kent Area. The Home will be for Children 12-17 with emotional and /or Behavioural difficulties and currently in the process of registering with OFSTED.
  
JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Work closely with Registered manager to ensure smooth running of the Children's Home. 
• Child-Centered Care, care plans risk assessments. 
• Supported staff management 
• Safeguarding and Risk Management 

  
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care for Children and Young People or equivalent.
• Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
• At least two years experience working in a deputy or supervisory role dealing with Ofsted Children home setting.
