Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Land & Property Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their team based in Lancashire. 

Position: Land & Property Dispute Resolution Solicitor         
Rate: Competitive

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: 

• Provide an excellent client service by developing relationships with them and promoting company values. 
• Under supervision, take responsibility for matters and liaise with clients. 
• Draft court papers and correspondence. 
• Develop expertise in subject areas and demonstrate this upon completion. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• One to five years previous experience within property litigation department and dealing with clients. 
• Ability to manage own caseload with relevant supervision. 
• Excellent communication and IT skills. 
• Have a strong understanding of real property and tenant law.
