Job Description:
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related STEM field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT functional areas and in corresponding business operations
• Experience with software development in Microsoft environment using C/C++/.NET and web technologies
• Knowledge of web and mobile application development
• Good understanding of programming logic concepts, design techniques and application analysis
• Experience with agile development
• Excellent written and oral communication with technical and non-technical staff
• Enterprise level application development experience preferred
• Prior experience with scalable microservices architecture deployed on Kubernetes cluster is a strong plus
• Experience with software development related to MES or ERP systems is a strong plus
• Experience with Apache Druid and Redis is a plus
• Onsite employment
• Travel up to 50%

 
ADDTIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Good understanding of development testing and integration methodologies
• Knowledge of current and emerging IT products, services and processes
• Ability to adapt to changing technologies and priorities
• Good planning, organizing and decision making and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

 
Responsibilities

• Oversee entire lifecycle of the project proposing solutions based on platform capabilities, supporting the development teams to help them implement the solution, validate the completed work, and providing support when issues arise
• Understand the domain, the existing software system applications, architecture in various areas to improve the functionality and performance of the system
• Collaborates with internal and external business partners and has an advanced understanding of customer’s business functions and current systems
• Manage integrated functionality and technology dependencies, usability, reliability, performance, and support requirements
• Verify the efficiency and effectiveness of customer’s existing systems and develop strategies for improving those systems
• Understand and create business process flows
• Review technical development documents to ensure our standards are followed
• Ensure cross-functional alignment on important decisions
• Work with QA teams to support test case development
• Participate in and validate system integration tests and user acceptance testing
• Support documentation teams to document newly developed features
• Lead day to day technical support of the customer solution to ensure it operates in an optimal mode
• Focus on the technical/functional architecture of a solution
• Identify and drive Syncora DMP Solutions
• Become proficient in Syncora DMP platform including interfaces and integrations
• Adheres to IT standards and processes
• Creates presentations and demonstrations of solution for the customer
• Performs advanced master data collection tasks and leads in requirement gathering/collection
• Directs the creation of training documents/materials and leads business partners’ training sessions
• Recommends creative ways to solve advanced customer’s needs
• Works with customers to facilitate understanding of scope, in terms they can understand
