Business Program and Project Management Senior Associate #1035572
Job Description:
- Employees in this job function plan and oversee projects/programs, working with cross-functional teams across various business functions such as Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Sales, etc.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop project plans, define the business-related project/program scope, goals and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals
- Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with executive leadership, function heads, finance etc.
- Facilitate the development effort by creating and monitoring an efficient, streamlined process between the internal teams and/or external vendors
- Effectively communicate status updates to all stakeholders across multiple organizations/ teams, with reinforcing quantitative measurements
- Ensure project and program objectives, deliverables and results are completed within the agreed scope, timeline, budget and allocated resources
- Provide accurate and insightful analysis and reporting, presenting the data in a clear format for presentations and reviews
- Identify risks and create risk mitigation plans to ensure timely completion of the projects/programs
- Serve as a subject matter expert in their respective business domain of Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Sales etc.

Experience Required: - Senior Associate Exp: 4 years in IT;
- 1 years in Program Mgmt.,
- Expert in Project Manager
Education Required: Additional Information: - Looking for a motivated candidate who is well organized, project focused, and results driven
- Work within the PC Renewal space to help support project-based renewals (example: Renewals within Plants, special groups, etc.)
- Willing to work across all Skill teams
- Customer focused who can clearly communicate expectations
- Single-point-of-contact for customers for project status, understand service SLA's, etc.
- Familiar with ServiceNow is a PLUS.
