Business Program and Project Management Senior Associate #1035572
Job Description:

• Employees in this job function plan and oversee projects/programs, working with cross-functional teams across various business functions such as Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Sales, etc.

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, define the business-related project/program scope, goals and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals
• Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with executive leadership, function heads, finance etc.
• Facilitate the development effort by creating and monitoring an efficient, streamlined process between the internal teams and/or external vendors
• Effectively communicate status updates to all stakeholders across multiple organizations/ teams, with reinforcing quantitative measurements
• Ensure project and program objectives, deliverables and results are completed within the agreed scope, timeline, budget and allocated resources
• Provide accurate and insightful analysis and reporting, presenting the data in a clear format for presentations and reviews
• Identify risks and create risk mitigation plans to ensure timely completion of the projects/programs
• Serve as a subject matter expert in their respective business domain of Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Sales etc.

• Senior Associate Exp: 4 years in IT;
• 1 years in Program Mgmt.,
• Expert in Project Manager

 
Education Required:

• Bachelor's Degree

 
Additional Information:

• Looking for a motivated candidate who is well organized, project focused, and results driven
• Work within the PC Renewal space to help support project-based renewals (example: Renewals within Plants, special groups, etc.)
• Willing to work across all Skill teams
• Customer focused who can clearly communicate expectations
• Single-point-of-contact for customers for project status, understand service SLA's, etc.
• Familiar with ServiceNow is a PLUS.
