Position: QHSE Officer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior QM-HSE role with hands-on experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 implementation and management.
• Experience in working with ISO/IEC 170xx accreditation standards.

Responsibilities:

Quality Management:

* Implement and oversee the quality management system (QMS) as per ISO 9001 and applicable standards.
* Manage document control processes, internal and external audits, and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
* Handle complaints, appeals, and accreditation requirements using tools like Salesforce and EtQ systems.
* Facilitate management reviews by consolidating inputs, preparing reports, and following up on assigned actions.
* Conduct and coordinate staff training on QMS and accreditation processes.
  
HSE Management:

* Ensure compliance with HSE standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and local regulatory requirements.
* Perform and update risk assessments, environmental management plans, and emergency preparedness measures.
* Monitor, report, and track key HSE performance indicators and objectives.
* Conduct workplace inspections, site audits, and HSE training programs, including inductions for employees and contractors.
* Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and promote safety awareness among staff.
* Support and lead sustainability initiatives like GHG reduction in line with corporate goals.
