1. Technical Office Manager 

Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 20+ years

Responsibilities:

• Lead the engineering technical office team for power and renewable energy projects.
• Oversee the entire technical back-office workflow, from tendering to the final project delivery.
• Provide technical solutions and guidance to ensure project success.
  
  

2. Project Control Lead - Planning and Cost

Qualification: Bachelor's in engineering

Experience: 10-15 years

Responsibilities:

• Prepare project tenders with accurate cost estimations.
• Plan resource allocation and prepare resource histograms for projects.
• Ensure alignment of project planning and costing with overall project objectives.

3. Civil and Structural Senior Engineer

Qualification: Bachelor's in civil engineering

Experience: 10-15 years

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and participate in bid and tender documents relevant to civil and structural aspects.
• Review and verify design documents during the execution phase of renewable energy projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in structural and civil designs.

4. Electrical and Instrumentation Senior Engineer

Qualification: Bachelor's in electrical / Instrument Engineering

Experience: 10-15 years

Responsibilities:

• Participate in preparing bid scopes and tender documents specific to electrical and instrumentation work.
• Conduct thorough design reviews and verification during project execution.
• Provide technical expertise to optimize electrical and control systems in renewable energy projects.

5. Mechanical Senior Engineer

Qualification: Bachelor's in mechanical engineering

Experience: 10-15 years

Responsibilities:

• Prepare bid scopes and tender documents for mechanical components of renewable energy projects.
• Review and verify mechanical designs during the execution phase.
• Collaborate with multidiscipline teams for effective project delivery.
