Position: E&I Inspector (Comp Ex certified)
Location: UAE
Duration: Long term
 
Qualification:

• Engineering Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering
• Valid Compex Certification (CompEx 01-04 preferred)
• Strong Electrical background

Experience Required:

• Minimum 10 years of total experience in Electrical & Instrumentation field.
• Proven experience in Substation Projects
• Mandatory experience in Oil & Gas Projects
• Experience in inspection, installation, testing & commissioning

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspection of substations, transformers, switchgear, MCC panels, and cable installations
• Inspection of field instruments, cable trays, junction boxes, and control systems
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, IEC/NEC standards, and safety regulations
• Witness FAT, SAT, and site testing activities
• Review ITPs, method statements, and QA/QC documentation
• Coordinate with construction, commissioning, and client teams

Skills & Knowledge:

• Hazardous area classification knowledge (ATEX / IECEx)
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Good communication & coordination skills
