Job Summary
We are seeking a People Analytics Specialist to support data-driven decision-making within the HR function. The role will focus on analyzing workforce data, building dashboards, and providing insights to improve talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, and overall workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR and workforce data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports for leadership and HR teams.
• Monitor key HR metrics such as attrition, hiring trends, employee performance, and engagement.
• Support workforce planning and forecasting through predictive analytics.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and leadership teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality within HR systems.
• Utilize HR analytics tools and visualization platforms to present insights effectively.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support strategic HR initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, or Workforce Analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with HRIS systems.

Required Skills

• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R is an advantage
• Strong data interpretation and reporting skills
• Ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
