Job Title: Commercial & Contracts Manager
Location: Oman
Duration: 6 months

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial & Contracts Manager to oversee tendering, procurement, contract management, and claims resolution for large-scale civil infrastructure and EPC projects. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with contractual obligations, mitigate risks, and support project financial and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare tenders, evaluate bids, and support procurement strategies.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (EPC, Design-Build, Subcontracts).
• Manage project cost control, track finances, and validate invoices.
• Oversee claims preparation, dispute resolution, and change orders.
• Provide regular commercial reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial and contract management (EPC or infrastructure projects preferred).
• Knowledge of contract laws, strong negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and project management tools.
