Job Title: Document Controller

Experience: 5-7 Years (Oil & Gas Industry)
Location: Oman
 
Job Description:

• Manage, organize, and maintain project documentation following company and industry standards.
• Oversee document control systems ensuring version control and accessibility.
• Handle receipt, review, distribution, and archiving of technical documents, drawings, and records.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients for documentation processes.
• Ensure compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain document tracking systems and prepare progress reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven 5-7 years of document control experience in Oil & Gas projects.
• Proficient in document control tools (Aconex, EDMS) and MS Office.
• Strong organizational, communication skills, and attention to detail.
