Position: Coating Inspector

Duration: 4 to 5 months

Location: Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections of coating processes to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
• Review and interpret project coating specifications, drawings, and related technical documents.
• Inspect surface preparation activities and verify compliance with established procedures.
• Monitor the coating application process, assessing material quality and application techniques.
• Document inspection results and produce detailed reports outlining findings.
• Collaborate with project teams to address and resolve coating-related issues effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations throughout the inspection process.
• Utilize knowledge of offshore structural fabrication to guide inspection processes and resolve any related issues.

Requirements:

• Certification: BGAS or NACE Level II certification is mandatory.
• Experience:
  
  • Minimum of 5 years in coating inspection experience, specifically in offshore structural fabrication.
  • Candidates must have long-term contract experience; profiles with a predominance of shutdown or project-based work will not be considered.
