Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
  
  
Experience

• 12 to 15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas, petrochemical industry.
• Inspector must have direct experience in inspection of asphalt/concrete mix ingredients in accordance with the applicable ASTM, AASHTO or ACI procedures and guidelines.
• Demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of recognized building codes including the International Building Code (IBC) or equivalent standards.

  
Job Description:

• As applicable for the Work, must be able to demonstrate thorough knowledge and proven ability in construction techniques with emphasis on soil mechanics, foundations, retaining walls, structural steel, masonry, building interiors, building finishes, roof systems, and asphalt.
• Must be able to assess the plant QC laboratory to determine that equipment, procedures/techniques, sample recording and results reporting comply with applicable standards.
• Must be able to evaluate batch plants capability and safety to verify conformance to Company requirements.
• Must review and perform full‑scale plant trials to determine the required engineering properties.
