Position: Flange Management TPI Inspector
Location: Ruwais, UAE
Duration: Minimum 1 Year
Work Schedule: 10 hours per day, 6 days per week
Food, Accommodation & Transportation: Provided by the company
 
Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of total experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Flange Management.
• Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Technical Qualifications / Certifications: CSWIP 3.1 certification, ASNT Level II certification, ADNOC approval is preferred.
• Previous Flange Management TPI/Inspection experience is required.
• Experience in major Oil & Gas projects is preferred.

Required Flange Management Experience:

1. Bolting Knowledge - Bolt torquing and bolt tensioning.
2. Flange Fundamentals - Different flange types, ratings, gasket selection, etc.
3. Flange Assembly - Correct flange alignment, gasket positioning, bolt installation, and proper assembly practices.
4. Codes, Standards & Procedures - Knowledge and application of relevant international codes, standards, and project procedures.
5. Fasteners - Knowledge of fasteners and applicable international standards.
