Minimum 12 years of work experience in Oil and Gas Industry in Inspection activities
Bachelors degree or Diploma in relevant discipline
CSWIP 3.2 OR AWS CWI
ISO Lead Auditor
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all QA/QC activities at the module fabrication yard, ensuring compliance with project specifications, applicable codes (ASME, EN, ISO, GB Standards), standards, and QMS requirements.
Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC plans, ITPs, and all quality documentation applicable to the project at fabrication yard level.
Lead, coordinate, and supervise all QC inspectors across disciplines, assigning inspection responsibilities in alignment with the ITP hold/witness point schedule.
Manage hold points, witness points, inspection release processes, and quality acceptance for all module systems.
Oversee welding quality, NDT programmes, inspections, pressure testing, audits, and corrective/preventive actions.
Lead and conduct internal quality audits in accordance with the Project Quality Plan, ensuring compliance with applicable procedures, standards, and quality requirements, and coordinating the follow-up and close-out of audit findings.
Manage NCR issuance, tracking, and formal close-out; maintain a live NCR register updated weekly.
Ensure that CE Marking compliance activities (PED, Machinery Directive) are fully integrated into the QA/QC programme.
Oversee the compilation, progressive population, and formal delivery of the Manufacturing Record Book (MRB) for each module.
