NDT Level 3 - Technical & Quality Systems
Location: Qatar | TÜV Rheinland Gulf
We are looking for an experienced NDT Level 3 professional to lead the technical oversight of our NDT operations and maintain our personnel qualification and documentation systems.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and maintain NDT procedures and work instructions in line with applicable codes and client requirements.
- Maintain crew qualification records, certification validity, competence assessments, vision checks, and employer authorisations.
- Conduct annual monitoring of NDT personnel and maintain evidence of continued work in their certified methods.
- Support field crews with inspection techniques, code interpretation, results, and reports.
- Conduct internal technical audits, address findings, and support client audits and approvals.
- Support technical submissions and advise management on the Qatar NDT market and client requirements
Requirements
- Valid ISO 9712/PCN Level 3 certification in all four methods: MT, UT, PT, and RT.
- Minimum 5-8 years of industrial NDT experience.
- Proven experience with NDT procedures, personnel qualification records, technical audits, and field support.
- Experience in oil and gas or petrochemical inspection. Knowledge of the Qatar market and advanced NDT techniques will be an advantage.
