Position: IS/CS Sales Executive

Role Overview
 
We are seeking an experienced IS/CS Sales Executive to drive business development and revenue growth across Qatar's public and private sectors.
The role will focus on selling IT Consulting, Cybersecurity, Information Security, and related professional services. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing enterprise relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and driving opportunities from lead generation through to closure.
The ideal candidate will have strong Qatar market experience, established enterprise relationships, proven IT services sales capability, and a solid understanding of cybersecurity solutions and consulting services.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities across public and private sector accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers and key decision-makers.
• Sell IT Consulting, Cybersecurity, Information Security, and related professional services.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Build and maintain a healthy, accurate sales pipeline and provide reliable forecasts through Salesforce CRM.
• Understand customer business and security requirements and coordinate with presales/technical teams to develop suitable solutions.
• Lead customer presentations, solution discussions, proposals, RFPs, RFQs, and tender responses.
• Develop account plans and identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Establish strategic partnerships and expand the company's presence across relevant market segments.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, customer requirements, and emerging cybersecurity opportunities.
• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Services, Technology, or Consulting Sales.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Cybersecurity / Information Security services sales preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, PG is preferred.
• Mandatory experience in selling IT Consulting / IT Services.
• Mandatory Qatar market experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Experience selling professional services such as Cybersecurity, Information Security, OT Security, Penetration Testing, GRC, Managed Security Services, Business Continuity, or related consulting services.
• Strong enterprise relationships and professional network within Qatar/GCC.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM.
• Valid Qatar/GCC driving license is mandatory.
