Role: Operations Manager

Location: Various locations across Saudi Arabia, covering the Eastern, Western, Northern, Central, and Southern Regions, including Saudi PPP project sites.

Job Type: Full-time/ Contract based 

 
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of our environmental services operations. In this role, you will lead project management initiatives, manage contractual deliverables, drive operational performance via key data metrics, and ensure seamless delivery across all operational functions.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Operational Execution: Lead and manage the day-to-day delivery of environmental service operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.
• Contract & Project Management: Administer client contracts, oversee project lifecycles, mitigate operational risks, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Data Analysis & KPI Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive efficiency, process optimization, and strategic decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and field teams to streamline workflows and maintain operational compliance.

Education & Certification Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Required) in one of the following fields:
  • Business Administration
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Operations / Supply Chain Management
  • Environmental Engineering or Environmental Science
• Master's Degree (Preferred):
  • MBA (focus on Operations or Strategy)
  • MSc in Operations Management or Supply Chain
• Certifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI (or equivalent project management certification) preferred.

Experience & Skills

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional project management experience specifically within the environmental field.
  • Proven track record in contract management and vendor/client oversight.
• Technical Knowledge & Skills:
  • Demonstrated expertise in Data Analysis, KPI tracking, dashboard monitoring, and executive reporting.
  • Deep understanding of operational workflows, resource allocation, and environmental project lifecycles.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation capabilities.
