Job Title: Quality Manager
 
Department: Quality Assurance & Control
 
Location: Various locations across Saudi Arabia, covering the Eastern, Western, Northern, Central, and Southern Regions, including Saudi PPP project sites.
 
Job Type: Full-time/ Contract 
 
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly detailed and strategic Quality Manager to develop, drive, and execute our internal Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) plan. In this role, you will oversee compliance frameworks, ensure rigorous quality reporting, support executive quarterly deliverables, and maintain alignment with environmental compliance and inspection standards.
 
Key Responsibilities

• QA/QC Implementation: Develop, roll out, and maintain the comprehensive internal Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) plan across operational functions.
• Reporting & Documentation: Conduct comprehensive QA/QC audits and generate detailed performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Quarterly Reporting: Support executive management in the compilation, review, and accuracy of strategic Quarterly Performance Reports.
• Compliance Oversight: Enforce alignment with environmental compliance, inspection, and monitoring frameworks.

Qualifications & Education

• Bachelor's Degree (Required) in one of the following:
  • Quality Management
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Mechanical, Environmental, or Civil Engineering
  • Business Administration (Operations/Quality focus)
• Master's Degree (Preferred):
  • MSc in Quality Management
  • Industrial Engineering / Operations Management
  • MBA (Quality or Operations focus)
• Certifications:
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification (or equivalent QA certification) preferred.

 
Experience & Skills Required

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive professional experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC).
  • Direct experience with environmental compliance, inspection, and monitoring frameworks.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong familiarity with ISO management systems and audit methodologies.
  • Excellent report writing, data validation, and analytical presentation skills.
  • Proven capability in establishing quality metrics and reporting mechanisms.
