Location: Various locations across Saudi Arabia, covering the Eastern, Western, Northern, Central, and Southern Regions, including Saudi PPP project sites.

Role Overview
 
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chief Inspector to serve as a formally appointed field inspector leading high-priority environmental site assessments. In this role, you will bear primary responsibility for conducting on-site inspections for Category 2 and 3 high-impact activities, assessing polluted sites, enforcing strict statutory inspection protocols, and delivering comprehensive, evidence-based Site Inspection Reports.
 
 
Key Responsibilities

• Field Inspection Leadership: Act as the formally appointed lead field inspector for Category 2 and Category 3 facilities, industrial developments, and designated polluted sites.
• Protocol & Regulatory Enforcement: Ensure all field activities strictly adhere to established environmental compliance frameworks and statutory protocols.
• Data & Evidence Collection: Conduct environmental monitoring, field testing, evidence gathering, and equipment operation to support legal and technical compliance findings.
• Report Preparation: Lead the drafting, compilation, and formal submission of detailed Site Inspection Reports and technical findings.

 
Qualifications & Certifications

• Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree (or equivalent) in one of the following disciplines:
    • Environmental Engineering / Environmental Sciences / Environmental Impact Assessment
    • Chemical Engineering / Chemistry (all sub-branches)
    • Biology (all sub-branches)
    • Earth & Geo-Sciences / Geological Engineering
• Required Certifications:
  • Valid OSHA certification (or equivalent safety accreditation from a certified entity).
  • Certification in Sampling (ISO standard or equivalent).

 
Experience & Skills Required

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of direct experience in environmental inspections or environmental auditing.
• Technical Skills & Competencies:
  • Language: Professional fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Deep, practical knowledge of regional environmental laws, regulatory frameworks, and compliance standards.
  • Hands-on capability to operate, calibrate, and handle specialized environmental inspection and sampling equipment.
  • Strong technical report-writing skills with high attention to detail in evidence and data collection.
