Job Title: Expert Inspector/ Supervisor Inspector

Location: Various locations across Saudi Arabia, covering the Eastern, Western, Northern, Central, and Southern Regions, including Saudi PPP project sites.

Role Overview
We are seeking a senior Expert Inspector to provide technical leadership, quality assurance, and operational oversight across our environmental compliance field operations.
 
In this role, you will lead and mentor Chief and Assistant Inspectors, manage complex inspection tasks, support analytical report development, and serve as the vital technical liaison connecting field inspection teams with environmental experts and project management.
 
 
Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Oversight: Lead, guide, and oversee the day-to-day work of Chief Inspectors and Assistant Inspectors, conducting field quality assurance and operational monitoring.
• Complex Inspections: Directly handle highly complex inspection tasks, technical assessments, and specialized auditing activities.
• Technical Liaison: Act as the primary technical liaison officer connecting field inspectors with environmental experts, data analysis teams, and project managers.
• Analytical Support: Collaborate with the data analysis team to develop comprehensive analytical reports and technical evaluations.

 
Qualifications & Certifications

• Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree (or equivalent) in one of the following fields:
    • Environmental Engineering / Environmental Sciences / Environmental Impact Assessment
    • Chemical Engineering / Chemistry (all sub-branches)
    • Biology (all sub-branches)
    • Earth & Geo-Sciences / Geological Engineering
• Required Certifications:
  • ISO 14001 Lead Auditor Certificate (Required).
  • Advanced or specialized certifications in environmental auditing, environmental inspection, sampling methods, or specialized field testing equipment.

 
Experience & Skills Required

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of direct experience in environmental inspection and/or environmental auditing.
• Technical Skills & Competencies:
  • Language: Professional fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of environmental laws, statutory frameworks, and regulatory enforcement.
  • Proven leadership and training abilities to mentor and upskill field inspection teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently on complex, high-impact tasks.
